2003年至2019年：从“有点恐惧”开始，以“共赢”告终！

我相信全世界的人民都在衷心地为中国人，特别是湖北省的人民，祈祷并祝愿他们早日打赢这场防疫攻坚战。现在所有的中国人和海外华人都团结起来积极响应习近平总书记的指示：“遇到了困难，不要埋怨自己，不要指责他人，不要放弃信心，不要逃避责任；而是要一起战胜困难！”

  借此机会，我想跟大家分享一些我的亲身经历与感受，希望我的这些经历可以为你们加油鼓劲。在2003年的非典时期，我和一些苏丹留学生一直呆在北京。虽然外事办给我们提供了回国的机票，但我们决定不回国，并和中国学生呆在一起为中国“加油”；那期间我们呆在家里学习预防非典病毒感染的具体措施，以短信的方式帮助外事办翻译非典防控的知识、并尽可能多地转发给在华的外籍人士。我们做这一切，只因我们坚信在越来越强大的国家，任何困难都需要团队才能克服。

  在中国政府和人民成功抗击非典后，我写了一篇名为《一位苏丹留学生在中国石油大学的四年学习与生活》的文章，之后这篇文章便发表在了“新华网”上。
身边的朋友们看了后都特别高兴。

  距离2003年的非典已过去了17年，而正值2020年的春节团圆之际，与非典病毒不相上下的新型冠状病毒又来了！而这一次我依然决定留下来；为什么呢？因为我身边有不少中文不太好的外国朋友，所以我想和他们一起为我们深爱的第二故乡中国，做些有意义的事情，告诉他们我的决心，相互分享经验和知识，于是我尽力用三种语言来编写文章表达我的想法，我还编撰了一部纪录片文章，题目为《一名国际友人与传统书法结合来描绘‘一带一路’的共赢》来表达我的思想。

  自新型冠状疫情爆发以来，我和一些外国朋友一直承担着“国家应急管理部培训中心”关于新冠肺炎的防护培训工作（包括上下班途中、工作、用餐、回家、锻炼、预防、防护、传播、监控等指导内容）。我们都全力支持新冠病毒疫情防控的工作安排。因为我们中国已然更加强大，将来也更强。

  作为一名居住在北京约20年的外国人，我相信，中国人民一定会战胜这场没有硝烟的战疫。我们的生活与工作也定会在不久之后恢复如初。那一句句振奋人心的口号 “武汉加油，中国加油！”让我们再一次感受到中国人民万众一心，没有打不倒的困难。在这个患难见真情的时刻，来自全球多个国家的倾情相助让我们更加理解了中国的一句话 “一方有难，八方支援”。

最后，我们不会忘记习近平总主席说过的一句话：“在中国人民手中，不可能成为了可能”。让我们对伟大的中国齐声表白：“中国，我的朋友，我们爱你，我们永远与你在一起！”

-讲师来自苏丹科技大学工程学院，于1999年9月来华，在中国石油大学管道工程与技术专业获得硕士和博士学位。

Between 2003-SARS to 2019-nCoV: Scenes started with "a little bit of fear" to "double win"!

Ibelieve that people all over the world are sincerely praying for the Chinese people, especially for the people of Hubei Province, and they wish them win the critical battle of epidemic prevention as soon as possible. Now all Chinese and overseas Chinese are united and responding positively to general secretary Xi Jinping's wisdom when he said earlier: "do not blame yourself, do not blame others, do not give up confidence, do not shirk responsibility, but unify to overcome difficulties.!"

I'd like to take this opportunity to share with you some of my personal feelings. I hope my experiences can cheer you on. Well, during SARS epidemic in 2003, I stayed in Beijing with some Sudanese students. Although the Foreign Affairs Office provided us with air tickets to go back home, we decided not to leave China and stayed with Chinese students to "refuel up" China; during that period, we mainly stayed at home to learn specific measures to prevent SARS infection, helped the Foreign Affairs Office to translate the knowledge of SARS prevention and control using mobile SMS, and forward it to foreigners in China as far as possible. We do all such duties because we believe that in an increasingly powerful nation, any difficulties could be overcome by team work.

After the Chinese government and people successfully fought against SARS, I made a PPT documentary entitled "four years of study and life of a Sudanese student in China University of petroleum", and later this article was published on "Xinhuanet". My friends were very happy after watching it.

It's been 17 years since SARS in 2003, and exactly at the Spring Festival reunion of 2020， a new coronavirus similarly as serious as SARS virus took place. Once again, I decided to stay, why? One of the reasons is that I have many foreign friends who are not very good at Chinese, so I wanted to do something meaningful with them for our beloved second home China, tell them about my entire heart and share some experience and knowledge. Therefore, I tried my best to express something in my mind to compose this article in 3 languages and I have compiled another documentary PPT entitled : “An international friend uses combination of traditional calligraphy to depict "Belt & Road" double win ” to express my thoughts.

Since the outbreak of the new coronal outbreak, I and some foreign friends have been undertaking the training work of the "national emergency management training center" on new crown pneumonia (including the commuting, working, dining, home, exercise, prevention, protection, dissemination, monitoring and other guiding contents). We all fully support the work arrangements for the prevention and control of the new coronavirus epidemic.We believe that China will become stronger and stronger in the future

More over, as a foreigner who has lived in Beijing for about 20 years, I have no doubt that the Chinese people will definitely overcome this war epidemic with minimal losses. Among the lessons that we have learned is that the encouraging slogan: "Come on Wuhan, Come on China!" makes us once again realize that the Chinese people are quite united and able to overcome all difficulties. Also, in hard times, with the help of many countries and genuine friends around the world, we have a better understanding of the Chinese saying, "If one of us is in trouble, the other one will support.".

Finally, we will not forget the words of President Xi Jinping: "In the hands of the Chinese people, Not-possible becomes Possible." So, let's loudly say to the Great China: "China, our friend, we love you, we will always be with you!"

- Lecturer, coming from the Sudan University of Science and Technology \ College of Engineering, arrived to China in September 1999 and completed the MSc and PhD in pipeline engineering and technology at CUPB.
-Member of the Sudanese Engineering Council and the Society for Environmental Protection.
-Academic member of the Petroleum and Petrochemicals Conference at Xi'an University of Petroleum.
- Member of the Sudanese Calligraphers Association, and a member of the Iraqi Calligraphers Association.
