从教育入手把握全球经济社会地位

这是劳动节，新劳动节了，是一个放松和反思的机会，所有中国居民和地球村的所有人在2020年第一季度所做的所有艰苦工作，这些人团结一致，积极响应中国最近的指导方针，根据其在打击Covid-19方面积累的经验。在这特别的一年里，我想借此机会与大家分享我的一些个人见解和感受，希望能在现在和不久的将来为大家加油。
首先，为了准备我的工作，在新的科罗纳大流行疫情开始消失后，我做了这篇纪念性的记录片文章，作为庆祝劳动节的一种特殊方式，表达和分享感激之情。我和我在中国的外国朋友真的很想，感谢我们庞大的微信群和不分国家、种族和性别的朋友。那些在隔离期间努力工作、采取预防措施、鼓励他人的人，虽然在过去的几个月里，我们不能像往常一样一起工作、在外面闲逛，但我们是地球村里那些既不离开工作也不离开家的人！坦率地说，我们珍惜所有的海内外朋友和陌生人，一起为更好而奋斗！
更具体地说，和许多高等教育机构一样，我们的国际培训团队曾经为北京的不同社区（包括外国人）提供专业培训计划和服务。在新的日冕爆发前，双方保持了密切联系，保持了良好关系。然而，我不相信在不久的将来会有这样的常规项目；相反，在未来的三年里，将会有一个实施短期培训项目的新篇章！我们的团队将继续努力，为克服困难做出更多的贡献，使工作继续下去，这需要时间和耐心！必须发展一种新的工作理念，例如重塑一个超越Covid-19的繁荣的数字公民，依靠虚拟办公室、在线通信和建立模拟器和应用程序，使个人和组织能够在教育和一般工作中实现预期的突破！
同样，中国不仅被誉为世界上最著名的制造国，为世界许多国家提供重要的材料和一些技术支持；而且，在现在和未来几年内，中国已经成为世界学习的榜样。世界上许多国家在遇到困难时，都可以借鉴中国人民“学而不学则失，学而不学则殆”的民族精神，由著名的菲洛索夫家孔子免费为全人类的一切劳动服务；人们需要学习真正的实践，如何团结人民，努力成为“志愿者”，共同创造强大的国力，学习政府如何团结动员14亿人，调动资源，集中精力解决重大的决定命运的问题。因此，包括中国在内的整个国际社会都可以共同努力改进和学习。地球村的人们有了一个黄金机遇，可以更具体地研究和发展两个主要问题：一是如何应对危机过程，从“恐惧”过渡期向“双赢”水平转变；二是如何在短时间内建设标准的应急医院和防疫中心！另一方面，联合国采用了“阻止流行病”的主题，根据国际劳工组织的说法，今年的劳动节提高了人们对工作场所采用安全做法以及职业安全和健康服务在国家和企业一级发挥作用的认识。不过，我当然相信，2019年国际劳动节的主题是“团结工人促进社会和经济发展”，现在是，2020年，大多数熟练工人都有权通过上述数字公民的新工作描述，在一天内减少体力或精神活动，以此来强调他们有权减轻压力。
综上所述，展望未来，地球村抗击疫情的力度继续加大，中国正在投入更多社会力量，协助各方和个人生存，在工作和生活的各个方面取得更大的成就感。这意味着，经济和社会指标可能会分别导致不希望的经济和社会影响，除非这两个方面是平行处理的。此外，应该认真考虑的第三个方面是知识时代的互联网服务，它可以向每个人提供和维护；因此，也许它将有希望使所有国家和各行各业的用户都能平等地享有充分的民主，但要求每个人都要像中国的一句老生常谈(自强不息)那样成语，真诚地、不断地实践自我完善；这样，很可能有一天，地球村的许多居民都会尽可能地成功地效仿阿里巴巴（Alibab）、比尔•盖茨（Bill Gates）的好榜样；或者至少，有一些聪明的劳动者提高了自己的数字知识技能，培养了其他人，并通过佩戴一个中国手镯《风水》*获得了回报解开不幸！

Handling the global economic & social status starting from Education

It’s the labor day, a chance to relax and reflect on all of the hard work done throughout the first quarter of 2020 by all residents in China and all people in the global village, those who are united and responding positively to the recent guidelines of China according to its accumulated experience in fighting against Covid-19. In this very special year, I'd like to take this opportunity to share with you some of my personal insights and feelings that, hopefully, can cheer you on now and in the near future.
First of all, in order to prepare for my work after the new corona pandemic outbreak is started to vanish, I made this memorial documentary article, as a special way of celebrating the labor day, to express and share gratitude. I and my foreign friends in China would like really, thanks to our tremendous Wechat group and friends regardless of nation, races and gender. Those who were staying tuned while they were doing hard work during the isolation period, taking precautions and encouraging others. Although in the past few months, we couldn't work together as usual and hang outside, we among the people of the global village who nor left their work neither left home! Frankly, we cherish all the local and overseas friends and strangers who strive together for the better!
More specifically, as in many high education institutions, our international training team used to provide professional training programs and services to different communities in Beijing which including foreigners. Before the new corona outbreak, the two sides have kept close contact and maintained good relations. However, I don’t believe that there will be such regular programs by conventional means in the very near future; instead, a new chapter of implementing short training programs will take place with the coming three years! Our teams will continue to strive to make more contributions to overcome difficulties and keep the work going, it takes time and patience! A new working idea has to be developed, such as reshaping a prosperous digital citizens beyond Covid-19, relying on virtual office, the online communications and building up simulators and Apps that will allow individuals and organizations to achieve the desired breakthrough in education and, generally, at work !
Similarly, China is not only know as the world's most famous manufacturing country, providing vital materials and some technical supports to many countries in the globe; but also, now and within few years to come, China has become an example for the world to learn. Many countries around the world when encounter difficulties, they can learn from the Chinese people's national spirit of "learning without though is labor lost, though without learning is perilous" which set, free of charge, to all labors of mankind by the famous philosopher Confucius; people need to learn a real practice of how the people are united and strive to be "volunteers", work together to generate strong national strength, and learn how a government works to unify and mobilizing 1.4 billion people, mobilizing resources to focus on major fateful issues. Thus, the whole international communities including China can work to improve and learn together. The people of the global village has got a golden opportunity to research and develop more specifically about two main issues: first, how to deal with the crisis process and transform from "fear" transitional period to "win-win" level; second, how to build standard emergency hospitals and epidemic prevention centers in a short time! On other hand, the UN adopts “stop the pandemic” theme and as per the International Labour Organization, this year the labor day raises awareness on the adoption of safe practices in workplaces and the role that occupational safety and health (OSH) services play at the national and enterprise levels. However, I certainly believe that the theme of the international labour day in 2019 which was “Uniting Workers for Social and Economic Advancement” is, nowadays, valid for the majority of skillful labors in 2020 to emphasize their right to relief from the stress by performing less activities physically or mentally in a single day via new job descriptions that can be dedicated to the digital citizens as mentioned above.
To sum up, looking forward to the future, the global village fight against the epidemic continues to increase, and China is pouring more social forces into the action of assisting all parties and individuals to survive and get greater sense of achievement in all aspects of work and life. That means, economic and social indicators will probably lead to undesired economic and social impacts, respectively, unless the two aspects be handled in parallel lines. In addition, the third dimension which should be considered seriously, is the internet services in the Knowledge era that may be provided and maintained to everyone; therefore perhaps it will hopefully make the full democracy available evenly among users in all nations and different walks of life, but requires everyone to genuinely and continuously practice self-improvement as a Chinese idiom goes for generations (自强不息), so that at the end of the day many of residents withing the global village try to succeed in following the good examples of Alibab, Bill Gates as possible as they could or, at least, some smart labors improve their digital knowledge skills, train others and get rewarded by wearing a Chinese bracelet “Feng Shui”* unstuck the misfortune!
