第八届中国国际管道会议(CIPC)在北京国家会议中心圆满举办
4月9日至10日,第八届中国国际管道会议(CIPC)在北京国家会议中心举办,中国国际管道会议(CIPC)是全球油气管道行业深化交流合作、展示创新成果、共谋发展未来的国际性学术交流与产业合作平台,每两年举办一次,迄今已成功举办七届,在推动我国管道技术进步和提升国际影响力方面发挥了重要作用。
本届大会以“绿色、智能、融合、发展”为主题,践行习近平总书记“四个革命、一个合作”能源安全新战略,贯彻新发展理念,构建新发展格局,充分发挥科技创新引领作用,推动全方位加强管道技术国际交流与合作,积极培育我国能源管输新业态、新模式和新动能,加快推动新技术、新材料、新装备规模化应用,促进以科技创新支撑能源管输行业高质量发展。
中国石油大学(北京)管道技术与安全研究中心主任董绍华教授在论坛中着重介绍了“现代油气管道安全保障技术进展”。他指出,油气资源对工业生产及社会经济的运行起着基础性支撑作用,管道作为国家能源基础设施的核心组成部分,其安全运行直接关系到能源供应的稳定性和连续性,对保障国家能源安全具有不可替代的作用。现代油气管道安全保障的核心在于构建智能化、多层次的监测与防护体系。随着管道网络规模扩大及运行环境复杂化,传统人工巡检和单一参数监测已难以满足安全需求。当前技术发展聚焦于智能传感网络,大数据驱动的风险预警以及自动化应急响应系统,这些技术通过实时数据融合与动态风险评估,显著提升了微小泄漏识别精度和早期故障预警能力,随着数字孪生和物联网技术的深度融合,管道安全将形成“感知-决策-控制”闭环管理,其技术突破不仅关乎基础设施可靠性,更是能源领域数字化转型的关键体现。董绍华教授在4月10日下午主持了安全与维护分论坛,各个汇报专家来自于彼得罗EDGE中东能源有限公司、华为技术有限公司和贝克休斯等海内外著名企业,围绕油气管道从环境社会影响评估,到内检测、无损检测等关键技术,以及人工智能、光纤传感技术在管道领域应用等主题展开了深入探讨,对推动油气管道行业在技术创新、安全运行保障、环境与社会影响把控等多方面的发展,提升行业综合水平和可持续性具有重要意义。
作为国际“管网有约”的一个延伸,2025年4月11日,中国石油大学(北京)管道技术与安全研究中心根据2025年中国外国专家项目以及2025CIPC国际大会,特别邀请Milos Stankovic教授就“基于智智慧管网的新型经济生态燃料生产和运输”举办研讨会。外专、感兴趣的教职员工和一些数十名研究生参加了研讨会,演讲者进行了有效的互动。
除Milos教授外,外专代表团成员还包括:Quosay Awad Ahmed Babiker副教授(petroedge global,阿曼和卡塔尔)、G.M.Giovanni Fabbio(enerqa.co.uk, 英国和卡塔尔)、Wael Rashid Abdulmajeed博士(ieu iq.org, 伊拉克)以及Kalpani Rasangika博士(UTP,马来西亚)。
该研讨会是CUPB大学校园实施的外专项目的一部分。该项目的其他部分包括在CUPB主校区的参观指导和颁奖典礼,Milos教授被CUPB管道研究中心授予“优秀的国际合作者教师”荣誉称号。此外,Milos教授代表塞尔维亚国家科学院向CUPB管道研究中心主任董绍华和苏丹科技大学的Yasir Mukhtar颁发了塞尔维亚Tesla科学家金质奖章和学院证书。
The First Tale of 2025CIPC"Green, Intelligence, Integration, and Development" International Pipeliners’ Gathering at a China Higher Educational Institution
The 8th China International Pipeline Conference (CIPC) was held at the National Convention Center in Beijing from April 9th to 10th. CIPC is an international academic exchange and industrial cooperation platform for deepening exchanges and cooperation, showcasing innovative achievements, and seeking future development in the global oil and gas pipeline industry. It is held every two years and has been successfully held seven times so far, playing an important role in promoting China's pipeline technology progress and enhancing international influence.
The theme of this conference is "Green, Intelligence, Integration, and Development", implementing General Secretary Xi Jinping's new energy security strategy of "Four Revolutions and One Cooperation", implementing the new development concept, constructing a new development pattern, fully exerting the leading role of scientific and technological innovation, promoting comprehensive strengthening of international exchanges and cooperation in pipeline technology, actively cultivating new formats, models, and new driving forces of China's energy pipeline transportation, accelerating the large-scale application of new technologies, new materials, and new equipment, and promoting the high-quality development of the energy pipeline transportation industry supported by scientific and technological innovation.
Professor Shaohua Dong, Director of the Pipeline Technology and Safety Research Center at China University of Petroleum (Beijing), emphasized the progress of modern oil and gas pipeline safety assurance technology at the forum. He pointed out that oil and gas resources play a fundamental supporting role in industrial production and the operation of the social economy. As a core component of the national energy infrastructure, the safe operation of pipelines is directly related to the stability and continuity of energy supply, and plays an irreplaceable role in ensuring national energy security. The core of modern oil and gas pipeline safety assurance lies in building an intelligent and multi-level monitoring and protection system. With the expansion of pipeline networks and the complexity of operating environments, traditional manual inspections and single parameter monitoring are no longer sufficient to meet safety requirements. The current technological development focuses on intelligent sensor networks, big data-driven risk warning, and automated emergency response systems. These technologies significantly improve the accuracy of small leak identification and early fault warning capabilities through real-time data fusion and dynamic risk assessment. With the deep integration of digital twin and IoT technology, pipeline safety will form a "perception decision control" closed-loop management. Its technological breakthroughs are not only related to infrastructure reliability, but also a key manifestation of digital transformation in the energy field. On the afternoon of April 10th, Professor Dong presided over a sub forum on safety and maintenance. Experts from well-known domestic and foreign companies such as Petrograd EDGE Middle East Energy Co., Ltd., Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd., and Baker Hughes conducted in-depth discussions on key technologies related to oil and gas pipelines, including environmental and social impact assessment, internal inspection, non-destructive testing, as well as the application of artificial intelligence and fiber optic sensing technology in the pipeline field. These discussions are of great significance for promoting the development of the oil and gas pipeline industry in various aspects such as technological innovation, safe operation guarantee, environmental and social impact control, and improving the industry's comprehensive level and sustainability.
As an extension of the international “Pipeliners’ Gathering”, on April 11th, 2025, based on the China Foreign Expert Project, the Pipeline Technology and Safety Research Centre of China University of Petroleum-Beijing (CUPB ) especially invited Prof. Milos Stankovic to give a seminar on "A New Eco-Fuel Production and Transportation using Smart Pipelines". The seminar was attended by tens of graduate, post graduate students and some interested teaching staff where they interact effectively with the presenter .
Besides Prof. Milos Stankovic, the VIP foreign delegation memebers include: Prof. Quosay Awad Ahmed Babiker (Petroedge-global, Oman & Qatar), the G.M. Giovanni Fabbio (enerqa.co.uk England & Qatar), Dr. Wael Rashid Abdulmajeed (ieu-iq.org, Iraq), and Dr. Kalpani Rasangika (UTP, Malaysia).
The seminar was one part of a foreign expert program emplemented at CUPB university campus. Other parts of the program were the visiting orientation at the CUPB main campus, and the awarding ceremony, where Prof. Milos has been awarded the honorary title of "Excellent International Collaborationist" by the CUPB Pipeline Research Center .On the other hand, Prof. Milos represented the award from the Serbian National Academy of Sciences and the Serbian Tesla Scientist Golden Medal and certificate to Prof. Shaohua Dong, the director of CUPB Pipeline Research Center and to Prof. Yasir Mukhtar from Sudan University of Science and Technology .
